Hello!! I'm Maja!
I've been teaching Pilates (and more!) for 12 years, and in this time I've worked with MANY clients dealing with lower back pain.
In fact, I myself used to have serious lower back issues that had started when I was only 19 years old - this is what brought me to Pilates in the first place.
Because of my problem, I searched for a long time for the best way to deal with LB pain, issues and injuries. I’ve learned and tested many approaches.
Through it all, I've discovered what was missing in traditional exercise that was needed to get rid of the pain and be healthy again.
And that is going beyond the superficial ‘this exercise is good for your back’,
and diving deeper into how your body compensates and correcting that.
