I've been teaching Pilates (and more!) for 11 years, and in this time I've worked with MANY clients dealing with lower back pain.
In fact, I myself was having serious lower back issues that had started when I was only 19 years old - this is what brought me to Pilates in the first place.
Because of my problem, I searched for a long time for the best way to deal with LB pain, issues and injuries. I’ve learned and tested many approaches.
Through it all, I've discovered what was missing in Pilates and other exercise practices - that was needed to get rid of the pain and be healthy again.
And that is a more complete neutral position.
I swear by it, seeing what it did for my clients AND myself.
