I've been teaching Pilates (and more!) for 12 years, and in this time I've worked with MANY clients dealing with lower back pain.
In fact, I myself was having serious lower back issues that had started when I was only 19 years old - this is what brought me to Pilates in the first place.
Because of my problem, I searched for a long time for the best way to deal with LB pain, issues and injuries. I’ve learned and tested many approaches.
Through it all, I've discovered what the lower back needs to get out of pain and be healthy again.
The principles that I used to help myself AND my clients as well.
